The Whitechapel Centre launch new branding by digitalhi

The Whitechapel Centre re-brand is one of the projects we have been anticipating for a long time, we are glad to finally announce that we have completed the project and The Whitechapel Centre have officially rolled out the new brand for all to see on their recent advertising campaigns and website.

We were set the very challenging brief of taking the old brand, which was recognized by many for the great work they do for homeless around the Liverpool area, and modernizing this whilst keeping some of the core values mostly recognized (the door symbol and the bright yellow colour). The door symbol was at the forefront of the new design but we wanted to emphasize the door being open rather than the object itself, so we used to popular bright yellow colour to portray the welcoming environment by the charity and I am happy to say that we are extremely pleased with the final result.

You can see a little more about The Whitechapel Centre and the work we do together here.

Scouse Bird Problems merchandise – on sale NOW

We don’t doubt that a lot of Liverpool folk will be familiar with Scouse Bird Problems, most of which probably already follow her on Twitter, Facebook or Instagram (including the guys, we can’t deny it). We have been working with *anonymous* (bet you thought you were going to get a name?) for a few weeks now on the new SBP merchandise ready to hit sale for Christmas. Starting with the much anticipated Scouse Bird Problems Diary 2015, we have also produced designs for the new notepad and pen sets and the recently launched mugs range, all containign quirky quotes from SBP herself (e.g. ‘Don’t even talk to me ’til i’ve had me coffee’).

All of these items are on sale now, except the diaries which we believe were completely sold out in under 3 weeks (better move faster this year), available from the website www.scousebirdproblems.com store.

We also have a few designs for other products coming to market over the coming months which we don’t doubt you Scouse Bird fans will love, so make sure you watch Twitter or Facebook for updates on these.

You can read a little more on some other projects we have worked on with Scouse Bird Problems here.

klinkd roll out new branding by digitalhi

It has been a very exciting few months working with the guys at klinkd, we have been busy at task working on the new branding. You might notice we have firstly removed the ‘e’ (big stuff), we first encountered the problem that, although the name was very popular, there was a little confusion in the ‘linked’ aspect of the name. We have also introduced a solid strong colour of deep orange and created a completely customized typeface for the company.

The new brand has now been released, including the shiny new updated app (which if you haven’t downloaded already, what are you waiting for?).

You find out a little more about klinkd and the work we do for them on our ‘our work’ tab up top or click this link here.

the newest digitalhi HQ

It has been a long time coming but we are both sad and happy to say goodbye to our old digitalhi HQ in Tea Factory on Wood Street, as we have now relocated to our newest office in the creative quarter of Liverpool’s Baltic Triangle. We are happy to announce we are now tenants of the fantastic 54 St.James Street, well known amongst us for the delicious toasted sandwiches at Siren on the ground floor.

This is a stunning and unique space built by The Women’s Organisation just 3 years ago in 2011, offering a light, modern and very friendly and welcoming atmosphere.

If you want to have a nosey at more photos then follow this link for the Facebook album.

If you are interested in taking some great office space at 54 St.James Street or alternatively you can book individual conference and meeting rooms when required for very little cost, then visit The Women’s Organisation website here

introducing… The Blackburne Pub & Eatery

We are very excited to welcome our newest Marketing client… The Blackburne Pub & Eatery
The Blackburne is a Pub and Eatery in the Georgian Quarter serving fresh food, traditional beer and great wine selection. Having been taken over just last year, the old ‘Blackburne Arms’ has gone through extensive changes, most notably the introduction of the fantastic new menu. Above the Pub & Eatery also houses 24 Catherine Street, a fantastic Boutique Hotel.
We have been been working with the guys at The Blackburne for several months now starting with the design of their new website late last year, but it was just last month that we were hired as their outsourced Marketing team.
We have already started implementing some exciting ideas such as the brand new menu launch and great Grand National packages, we are really looking forward to working closely with the Blackburne team over the upcoming months.

did you know: we offer full marketing services?

Here at digitalhi, we don’t just offer Design services but also focus our attention on the way the final design will be perceived by potential customers. One of the many services we offer includes Marketing and Public Relations:

Knowing how your company is perceived by the public is one of the key components to running a successful establishment. Through an array of techniques we are able to assess the current perception of any brand and provide an in-depth marketing proposal which will ensure the company is moving forward in the required direction. That’s what marketing is about after all – sending the right message out to the right people.

Our marketing services can be broken down into many categories such as Marketing Collateral, Trade & Consumer PR, Event Management / Exhibitions, Email Marketing, Social Media Marketing, etc. But we will not list them all as relevant services will differ dependent on the client’s requirements which will be outlined in the initial Marketing Plan. For example, a campaign aimed at students would be an ideal use for Social Media networks and Mobile Apps whereas a campaign aimed towards adults would not.

We will work with you on an ongoing basis to ensure that all proposed actions are successfully implemented to maximum effect with inspirational and thought provoking ideas that will even excite you and your staff.

Third Party Marketing

In the past, we have used many partnerships and collaborations for successful campaigns, from forging long working relationships with like-minded or complimentary businesses to running one-off campaigns for a specific event. For example we recently successfully collaborated Jungle Rumble Adventure Golf with The Krazyhouse on a student campaign to produce a one-night only event, ‘Im Wasted, Get Me Out Of Here’, […]

digitalhi launch the new Escape Hospitality and Events website

‘Escape is a bespoke hospitality company which specialises in organising a range of dinners and sporting events, transferring the skills of traditional family ethics learned over the years to offer our customers a service of the highest quality.’

Over the last month we have been working closely with Escape Hospitality and Events on their new website design.

It was extremely important for the final design to look professional and modern in keeping with the services they offer. These range from luxury team-building events in the Faroe Islands to sporting dinners with sporting legends such as Joe Calzaghe, Jamie Carragher and David Moyes. We introduced extra function to the site such as the ability to book and pay for events online through a secure gateway and a pull-down interaction sidebar to contact familiarise yourself with the company.

We are really looking forward to working with the guys at Escape Hospitality and Events further over the next 12 months and although there is not many events live at the moment, there are some great upcoming events ready to upload so watch this space.

hi, we are digitalhi

hi, we are digitalhi

So you might have noticed that something has definitely changed? Well it did, it all did.

It has been a few months in the making but we completely re-branded what used to be ‘Unfold Creative Design’ to make way for the shiny new digitalhi and we are extremely pleased to say that the reason behind this re-brand was due to our constantly growing success. Over the last 12 months we have found ourselves moving studios 3 times for a larger space (well, over 14 months if we are honest), we have hired new team members, bought some plants and had a few champagne breakfasts (because, why not?).

There is not much more that we can say about this as you have already found your way to the website, therefore all of the information you could need is just here, so please have a look around and feel free to get in touch if you want to know anything more.

The Blackburne website launches

The Blackburne website launches

We have been working hard recently with the guys at The Blackburne Pub and Eatery (previously The Blackburne Arms) on their new website design.

We were approached by the Blackburne early last month to design the new new site following a recent re-brand and redecorate of the old Blackburne Arms. We have added a lot of new features to the site including the ability to book a room in the fantastic ’24 Catherine Street’ Hotel located above the Pub, Interactive Menus for the Restaurant and recent events section. We wanted the website to replicate the warm and welcoming atmosphere inside the pub so we replicated the colours used within, on the website.

Creating the website using WordPress helps the guys at The Blackburne to update the website with all the latest news and events, allowing them to take more control over their website content without the need for expert knowledge.
